Text Messaging (SMS)
We text only people who have separately agreed to it. Agreeing to texts is an optional choice that is never a condition of requesting a quote, purchasing any goods or services, or working with us, and declining changes nothing about your service. You can agree by checking the optional, unchecked box on our quote form, by saying yes when we ask you by phone or in person, or by texting us first. We record when and how each person agreed. Messages are about your project and account: quote and estimate links, appointment and consultation scheduling, installation updates, invoices and payment confirmations, and service reminders. Crew members and subcontractors who work with us can also agree to receive work alerts by text.

- No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties; information shared with our service providers is limited to what is needed to deliver the texts you asked for.

Other Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with service providers who help us run our business, such as scheduling or CRM tools, solely to support those services and never for their own marketing purposes.
