These terms govern your use of allpropools.com and the All Pro Pools LLC ("All Pro Pools," "we," "us," or "our") text messaging program. By using our website you agree to these terms. Text messaging is a separate, optional program with its own SMS Terms and Conditions.
Website Use
Content on this site, including pricing, is provided for general information and is subject to change. Requesting a quote does not create a contract; a project begins only when both parties sign a written agreement.
Text Messaging Program
Program name: All Pro Pools Text Messaging Program
How you opt in: Agreeing to texts is optional and separate from anything else you do with us. Requesting a quote, signing an agreement or paying an invoice never requires it, and declining does not change your service. You opt in by checking the optional, unchecked box on our quote form, by saying yes when we ask you by phone or in person, by texting our number first, or by texting START. Crew members and subcontractors who work with us can opt in to work alerts the same way and can turn texts off at any time in their app.
What we send: quote and estimate links, appointment and consultation scheduling, installation updates, invoices and payment confirmations, service reminders, and replies to questions you text us. Crew members receive account invitations, clock-in and job site reminders, task updates and daily performance summaries. No marketing texts.

- Message and data rates may apply.
- To opt out at any time, reply STOP to any message. You will receive one final message confirming your removal. Reply START to opt back in.

- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Limitation of Liability
All Pro Pools LLC provides this website and messaging program on an "as is" basis and is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from their use, to the extent permitted by law.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our website or messaging program after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
