96 hours in your yard, within 30 days of your start date.
One measure visit gets you a written price. Six conditions set your start date. Within 30 days of it the pool is in the ground, and the build itself is 96 hours from first dig to water at operating level. Both clocks are in writing, with credits if we miss.
Before the clock: one visit and six conditions
It starts with one visit, about forty five minutes. We measure the yard, look at how equipment gets back there, and hand you a written price before we leave. It is firm for thirty days.
Once you sign, your start date is the latest of six things: you sign the agreement, your deposit clears, the permit is issued, utility locates are marked in your yard, you approve the model, size, color and the stake we set, in writing, and we confirm we can physically get equipment to the dig. We push all six, because our clock does not start until they are done.
Within 30 days: in the ground
Within 30 calendar days of your start date, your pool is excavated, set, plumbed, backfilled and holding water. Miss it for a reason that is not an excused delay and we credit $250 a day off your final balance, up to $2,500, without you asking.
The 96 hours, in order
From the first bucket of dirt to water at operating level is 96 hours. In order:
Dig. Excavation to grade and a compacted gravel base, with the spoil hauled off your property. Set. The EvoPools shell is delivered and set on the base. Plumb and wire. Skimmer, returns and main drain, pressure tested; the pump and filter set and tied in; licensed electrical hookup and bonding. Backfill and fill. Structural backfill packed in lifts as the water goes in, so the shell is supported evenly on every side. Then chemical startup, and a walkthrough of how it all works.
Miss the 96 hours, not counting time stopped for an excused delay, and we credit $250 for every 24 hours over, up to $1,000. It comes off the invoice automatically.
What we need from you
Six things, all confirmed in writing at the measure visit. A clear path to the dig at least 10 feet wide with 14 feet overhead, and the gate open on work days. Animals inside or off the property, and the yard picked up. Vehicles and anything movable out of the work area and the crane path. Anything buried disclosed up front: septic, well, irrigation, invisible fence, propane, drains, easements. HOA approval in hand before we start. And a working outdoor spigot and outlet, with someone reachable within 24 hours.
What can pause the clock
The list is short on purpose. Weather or ground that makes the work unsafe. Rock, groundwater, old fill or wrongly marked utilities that nobody could see. Access smaller than we measured. Changes or approvals on your side. Permit, inspection, HOA or locate scheduling outside our hands. Supply problems we did not cause. Anything else, including us being busy, does not pause anything.
When something does, we tell you in writing within 24 hours, with photos, the reason and the new date. If we do not, the delay does not count. Every condition is on the guarantees page.
After the 96 hours
You can swim. Concrete, coping, patio, fence and landscaping are not in our price and are not needed for the pool to hold water, so you add them on your own schedule. Sign in the fall and the yard has all winter to settle; we explain why in the best time to install.
