Yes, we install in Gahanna. From $79,595 installed, in the ground within 30 days.
All Pro Pools is a family owned fiberglass pool installer serving Gahanna and the rest of Central Ohio. Two owners, one crew, no showroom and no commissioned salespeople. Every price is on this website before you ever call us.
The four pools we install in Gahanna
The Maldives, from $79,595. Soft curves and a splash pad, and the lowest price we publish.
The Everest, from $89,595. Straight lines and an open lane, end to end.
el Capitan, from $95,595. A full width tanning ledge and dual stair entry.
The Sacred, from $119,595. A spa moulded into the shell, a side entry ledge and a full length lane.
Each price is the pool in the ground, plumbed, wired, backfilled, full of water and running, with permits and inspections included. Concrete, fence and landscaping are not in it, and anything you add is quoted as its own line. The full breakdown is on the cost page.
Same price in Gahanna as anywhere else
We do not price by postcode. A Maldives in Gahanna costs what a Maldives costs in Grove City. What moves your number is the pool, its size, how we get equipment into your yard and what turns out to be underground, and all of that is settled in writing before you sign.
What to sort out before you sign
Your HOA, if you have one. Plenty of neighbourhoods have a homeowners association with its own approval process. Get that approval before you sign with anyone. Every model's dimensions are published on its pool page, which is usually what the conversation starts with.
Access. Walk the route from the street to where the pool will go. Gate width, fences, slopes, trees and overhead lines decide how the dig happens, and they are the thing people most often underestimate.
The ground. Central Ohio clay holds water, and the water table rises after a wet spring. That is one of the reasons we like digging in the fall, when the ground is at its driest, and it is why rock, groundwater or old fill are handled by written change order with the price agreed before we touch it.
Permits, fence and placement in Gahanna
We pull the pool building permit and the electrical permit with the City of Gahanna's Division of Building, and the pool fence gets its own fence permit from the city, which has to be on display while it goes up. Gahanna wants a basic site plan showing the pool, easements and any no-build zone. The fees are in our price.
Where it can go. Not in the front yard, and behind the house. The pool has to meet the side and rear setbacks for an accessory structure in your zoning district: 5 feet from the side and rear lines in the R-1, R-2 and R-3 districts, and more in Estate Residential. It can never go into a platted no-build zone, and if any part of your lot is in the mapped floodplain, a floodplain use permit comes first.
The fence. At least 48 inches high, measured on the outside, and no taller than 6 feet, built wholly on your lot. Gates open outward, away from the pool, close and latch on their own, and lock with a key or combination. The code sets maximum gaps too: 4 inches at the bottom and between decorative metal bars, and 1¾ inches in pickets, chain link or lattice. Gahanna's code has no option to use a pool cover in place of the fence.
Creekside. In the Creekside Residential district around Olde Gahanna, fences and gates have to match the main material of the house, and only decorative open fencing is allowed in front.
