The short answer

Yes, we install in Lewis Center. From $79,595 installed, in the ground within 30 days.

All Pro Pools is a family owned fiberglass pool installer serving Lewis Center and the rest of Central Ohio. Two owners, one crew, no showroom and no commissioned salespeople. Every price is on this website before you ever call us.

The four pools we install in Lewis Center

The Maldives, from $79,595. Soft curves and a splash pad, and the lowest price we publish.

The Everest, from $89,595. Straight lines and an open lane, end to end.

el Capitan, from $95,595. A full width tanning ledge and dual stair entry.

The Sacred, from $119,595. A spa moulded into the shell, a side entry ledge and a full length lane.

Each price is the pool in the ground, plumbed, wired, backfilled, full of water and running, with permits and inspections included. Concrete, fence and landscaping are not in it, and anything you add is quoted as its own line. The full breakdown is on the cost page.

Same price in Lewis Center as anywhere else

We do not price by postcode. A Maldives in Lewis Center costs what a Maldives costs in Grove City. What moves your number is the pool, its size, how we get equipment into your yard and what turns out to be underground, and all of that is settled in writing before you sign.

What to sort out before you sign

Your HOA, if you have one. Plenty of neighbourhoods have a homeowners association with its own approval process. Get that approval before you sign with anyone. Every model's dimensions are published on its pool page, which is usually what the conversation starts with.

Access. Walk the route from the street to where the pool will go. Gate width, fences, slopes, trees and overhead lines decide how the dig happens, and they are the thing people most often underestimate.

The ground. Central Ohio clay holds water, and the water table rises after a wet spring. That is one of the reasons we like digging in the fall, when the ground is at its driest, and it is why rock, groundwater or old fill are handled by written change order with the price agreed before we touch it.

Permits, fence and placement in Lewis Center

Lewis Center is not a city, so two offices are involved. Most of it is in Orange Township, which issues the zoning permit first; the township says a decision usually comes within 7 to 10 business days. Then the Delaware County Department of Building Safety issues the building and electrical permits and runs the inspections, and it wants the township permit in hand before it starts. We pull both, and the fees are in our price.

Where it can go. Not in a front yard, and a corner lot can have two. Orange Township measures the outer edge of the pool like a building footprint: in the standard Neighborhood zone that means 12.5 feet from each side line and 10 feet from the rear line, and the concrete apron around the pool may reach 3 feet into those setbacks. Keep 25 feet from any public road right-of-way. Many Lewis Center subdivisions were approved under their own planned-district text, and where they were, those setbacks win, so we check your parcel's zoning before we draw anything.

The fence. A continuous barrier at least 4 feet tall at every point, with a locking gate, and nothing horizontal that makes it easy to climb. It has to be up before the pool can hold water. The township is explicit that an auto-locking pool cover does not replace the fence. The county also inspects the pool fence, with gates that open away from the pool and close and latch on their own.

On septic. Some Lewis Center lots are not on sewer. If yours is, the septic system has to stay at least 10 feet from structures and hardscape, and pool water can never be drained into it, so we site the pool and plan the drain-down around the system and its replacement area.

Source. Orange Township Zoning Resolution (2026), Sections 5.09, 21.02 and 21.04 and Table 19.01-A; the Delaware County Department of Building Safety pool information sheet; and Ohio Administrative Code 3701-29-06. Addresses in Genoa or Berlin Township, or inside Columbus, follow those offices' rules instead.
