The shell is the same. The price, the schedule and the guarantees are not.
The manufacturer warrants the shell whoever installs it. What we add is a published price, a written quote beat, an install inside 30 days, 96 hours in your yard, and credits that come off your invoice automatically if we miss.
The shell is the same shell
A fiberglass pool is built in a factory, not in your yard. An EvoPools Everest is an EvoPools Everest, and the manufacturer's warranty on it is the same whoever sets it: lifetime structural, lifetime structural osmosis and a 10 year AquaGuard X gelcoat warranty, all issued by EvoPools. That is good news. It means the shell is the one part of the decision you do not have to gamble on.
Everything else is up to the installer: the price, what it includes, when the pool goes in, how long the crew is in your yard, and what happens when something goes wrong. That is where we compete.
Promise one: the price is published
Every pool we sell has its installed price on this website, from the Maldives at $79,595 to the Sacred at $119,595, with exactly what that covers and what it does not. You get your real number in writing on the first visit, firm for thirty days. The breakdown is on the cost page.
Promise two: bring us a quote and we beat it
Show us a qualifying written quote from another licensed Central Ohio installer for a comparable pool and scope, before you sign with anyone, and we come in under it by at least $500 or 1%, whichever is greater. If it does not match line for line, we send a written comparison within two business days. If we fail to honor the promise, you cancel and get your deposit back in full within 10 business days.
Promise three: two clocks, in writing
In the ground within 30 days of your start date, or $250 a day off your final balance, up to $2,500. In and out in 96 hours, first dig to water at operating level, or $250 for every 24 hours over, up to $1,000. Both credits come off the invoice automatically. The whole sequence is in how long a fiberglass pool takes.
Promise four: no quiet resets
The list of things that pause our clock is short and published. When one happens we tell you in writing within 24 hours, with photos, the reason and the new date. If we do not send that notice, the delay does not count and the clock keeps running against us. Anything that costs money to fix comes as a written change order, priced before we touch it.
What to ask any installer, us included
The installed price, line by line, and what is excluded. The start date and the install length, and what happens if either is missed. What pauses the schedule, and how you are told. Who pulls the permit. Which manufacturer warranties apply and who issues them. And what the installer itself guarantees, in writing. Every one of our answers is on the guarantees page, before you sign.
